MPs to assess land claims offices

MPs are set to conduct oversight visits to land claims lodgement centres starting this week, Parliament said in a statement on Monday.  The visits by members of the portfolio committee on rural development and land reform were aimed at assessing government’s readiness to administer claims since the re-opening of the second phase of the land claims lodgement process.
