Robust property rights essential for SA’s future prosperity – IRR
Talk of land expropriation without compensation has been a major phenomenon in South Africa’s political landscape in recent years. From the EFF to the ANC’s Jacob Zuma, there seems to be a view that land nationalisation will solve the country’s problems. Of course, this strategy has spectacularly failed in Zimbabwe and Venezuela, so why would it ever work here?
