In discussion with Vumelana Advisory Fund Chief Executive Peter Setou on the implications of some of the proposed changes of Section 25 of the Constitution. The ad hoc committee appointed to initiate and introduce legislation amending Section 25 of the Constitution has published the long awaited draft Bill with calls for written submissions by 31 January 2020.
