Vumelana calls for participation in the draft Bill and resolution of current challenges in land reform

The Parliamentary Ad Hoc Committee appointed to initiate and introduce legislation amending section 25 of the Constitution has published the long-awaited draft Bill with calls for written submissions to reach the Committee by 31 January 2020.
